I am a New York City based theater director and multimedia artist. Born and raised in Chicago, I now call both New Orleans and New York City home. I direct highly theatrical postmodern plays, horror movies, queer westerns and whatever else keeps me up at night. My work centers the intersection of media, technology and live performance as a force for examining the contradictory impulses that make us human. I received my BA in visual arts from Fordham University and completed my MFA in Directing from The New School where I was the Doug Hughes Directing Fellowship recipient. Recent work includes Enda Walsh’s Arlington (The New School), The Prisoners of Quai Dong (The Tank) and an upcoming horror movie “Sunday” which will be shot in Panama. I have extensive assistant and associate directing credits, including working for Marianne Elliott (Angel in America, Broadway 2018), Lyndsey Turner (Girls and Boys, Off Broadway - Minetta Lane), Katie McHugh (Jasper - Signature Theatre), Tea Alagic and Ashley Tata. I am an associate member of SDC and former student of the Theater of the Oppressed Lab NYC.
